Of these new resources, the most exciting are several attorney-generated documents that will help you run your business. These include a basic outline of New Hampshire's lien sale procedures, default notice templates, a primer on decedents' estates, late and eviction notices, public sale form, and a SCRA waiver. We have also added several links to helpful websites and outside resources as well as industry articles.

This is just the latest benefit added to your membership by the Board of Directors. In June, NHSSA debuted bi-monthly educational webinars, the recordings of which are available on the website's new Archived Webinars page.
