Dear NHSSA Members,

I am thrilled to share some wonderful personal news with you. I am expecting a new addition to my family, due at the end of November.

As always, I remain committed to NHSSA, the board, our members, events, and everything you've entrusted in me. The Board of Directors was made aware of this announcement at an earlier board meeting and has approved the proposed plan to allow me to work at a reduced capacity in December, January, and February.

While I continue to carry out my normal duties, I am also working ahead to ensure that no task falls through the cracks. This includes:

• The creation and planned communication for year-end membership renewals
• Venue coordination and event planning for the December 5th Christmas Party
• The confirmation of NHSSA's involvement in the 2025 Northeast Storage EXPO
• Scheduling social media posts and emails
• Planning board, committee, and Q1 webinars and board meetings months in advance
• Creation of SSA listings and ads
• Additional tasks deemed necessary

We do encourage email communication during this time to ensure that your questions are received. If you call, we also encourage you to leave a voicemail.

Things You Can Do to Make this Transition Easy

• You can renew your membership easily online by logging into www.NHSSA.net, going to your Account page, and clicking on the red Renew Membership button.
• You can see our list of membership benefits and join NHSSA here.
• Refer to the website - it will answer any question you have 99% of the time!
• Members can find most answers to questions about lien sales, links to your lien law, how to handle tenant issues, etc. on the website's Member Resources section. Simply log in and click on Member Resources under the Members tab.
• Check the Frequently Asked Questions page to see if your answer is listed there first.
• Registration for the EXPO will open via NeSSA's EXPO webpage in early 2025. You can stay updated, book your overnight room early, and register when it opens on this webpage.
• If you call us, please leave a voicemail! Voicemails will be returned. Missed calls will not. Although the best way to hear back from us the fastest is to send us a detailed email with your question.
