Did you know that the most effective ways to market to potential tenants changes from generation to generation? This diverse marketing panel will go through not only how to analyze the makeup of your tenants but will also discuss proven strategies to attract a variety of generations to your self storage facility. You’ll also be introduced to the concept of BAM strategies. Steve Lucas will moderate this expert panel for ways to increase your occupancy rates across all generations.

In this session, we will learn how to effectively and successfully add value to upselling your ancillary revenue, building product, and getting past the fear of success. Our speakers will share examples of outside the box ideas for increasing rentals and revenue. Using numbers from real experiences of multiple owners, we will show options for increasing protection for your tenants, revenue, and risk aversion for ownership, all while increasing your NOI. This will entail not only protection and insurance, but your ancillary library of products including security, locks, wallet pass, and more. What steps can you try to increase rentals? We’ll tackle that, too!
