This year's speaker is the always-entertaining and popular self storage attorney, Jeffrey Greenberger. Jeff is the author of the lease agreement NHSSA offers to our members, as well as all of the legal documents we now offer in our extensive Member Resource section. For our Fall Workshop our presenter, self storage legal guru and creator of NHSSA's lease agreement, Jeffrey Greenberger, will discuss some of the most important issues affecting the self storage industry this year. Topics will include issues with online rentals, tenant bankruptcy, tenants who die while renting form you, tenant loitering or living in units, and alternative ways to terminate tenancies.
